The big news is obviously Harry Kane in for Lucas Moura. The striker has been out since 9 April with ligament damage, 54 days ago.
Dele Alli and Jan Vertonghen recovered from knocks as expected. Danny Rose, Harry Winks and Son Heung-min all come in from the team who drew against Everton on the final day.
